Type: Full Time: 40 hrs/week
Wage: $59,623-$64,432 yr/DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Provide first-line supervision to staff in both service and business line functions. This included but is not limited to: time management, coordinating schedules, training, personnel actions, conflict resolution and demonstrating good leadership qualities.
- Financial Oversight: Review and oversee grant contracts and amendments from a financial perspective.
- Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports for stakeholders.
- Governance: Facilitate and attend fiduciary governance meetings and workgroups.
- Account Balancing: Perform monthly balancing of assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Audit Support: Conduct internal audits and assist in audit preparation and compliance reporting.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive image for One Health.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum two years in accounting, including financial statement preparation and analysis. Though not required, grant financial oversight experience is a plus!
- Valid driver's license
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage Intacct or other accounting software is a plus.
- Competencies: Strong collaboration, communication, confidentiality, conflict resolution, ethical conduct, initiative, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills.
