Position Title : Front Desk Associate
Part Tme Shift
We operate as a 7 day work week. Holiday's are required. Must be able to work weekends.Flexibility to work other shifts is a plus.
Job Description :
Responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to service of tenant needs.
Front desk operations to include : dealing with customer service issues and solutions, concierge services, and front desk liaison between guests, partners and tenants and The Forum management with the ability to handle all tasks in a gracious and professional manner. Accuracy with daily accounting procedures is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever
time of day.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous front office or hotel experience preferred.
Ability to work with computers.
Ability to perform accurate functions using a calculator.
Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests.
The ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge, and a housekeeper.
Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
Maintains professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers.
Ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons.
