One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the LOCATION area. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Install Coordinator with a great work ethic who is focused on customer satisfaction. The Installation Coordinator will coordinate and schedule installation appointments for HVAC systems, handle customer calls, and do some dispatching of service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule installation appointments for HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions
- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth installation process
- Maintain accurate records of installation appointments and customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
