Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone systems, email, and other communication channels.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems to provide real-time updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
