$281,000 - $299,000 per year based on experience
Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical Seniors. As a member of our geriatric care team, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to seniors in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve health outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy aging and disease prevention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent required; board certification in internal or family medicine preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in primary care, preferably in a geriatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
