As a Geriatrician at One Medical, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting. You will partner with our care team to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change. You will utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population. Additionally, you will work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model, led by a leadership team that values your input and understands the importance of work-life balance.You will have weekly protected time during the workday to gather with fellow One Medical Senior providers for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
