The Role
This full-time position is based in Irvine, CA, and offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or testing centers, and participating in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient relationships and coordinate care
- Conduct thorough physical exams and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care. You should also possess clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care and demonstrate the desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery. Additionally, you should be open to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into your strengths and weaknesses.
