Job Description
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional patient care and communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care.
- Active licensure in Washington state or ability to obtain licensure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Board certification in primary care.
