We are seeking a Pediatric Primary Care Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to manage a Pediatric patient panel with a broad array of patient needs. This role involves conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
This position requires continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams, is also necessary. You will utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in Pediatrics for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing predominantly Pediatric patients ages (0-14)
- OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing Pediatrics patients ages (0-14), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgent care setting seeing Pediatrics patients ages (0-14)
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your start date

This is a 24 hours patient care per week position (.75 FTE) based in San Rafael or Mill Valley, CA.
The base salary range for this role is $102,300 to $109,100per year. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
