This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- See patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of primary care experience.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts.
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively.
