Job Summary

This Casual Employee role involves treating patients with various needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role). You will treat patients in-office and occasionally conduct tele-health visits. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both one-on-one and in groups.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification.

This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The hourly rate for this role is $126 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
