Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Agent. As a member of our call center team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide clients with accurate information and assistance with their mental health needs
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Escalate issues and concerns efficiently and effectively to the appropriate department
