Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and has a strong ability to communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Document interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, services, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution time.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and patience.

Salary : $18 - $24
