Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Document interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, services, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution time.
