Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with prospects.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Utilize our internal sales systems to maintain new, current, and future clients.
- Educate clients on company used products, installation practices, and timelines to finalize contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Door-to-door marketing is a requirement to build your customer pipeline.
- Fluent in is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing/construction sales and/or related fields.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and account management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
