Job Summary

To be an ambassador of the colleague experience which includes welcoming new colleagues, managing the front desk, mail deliveries, colleague events, etc.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• To attend to all Colleagues accommodation request and always provide courteous and professional service
• To liaise with the Human Resources Office to ensure allocated rooms are ready prior to Colleagues’ arrival
• To liaise and cooperate with the Engineering Department for all maintenance repairs to be done in the various areas
• To complete daily checks of Colleague rooms and public areas including Offices, Laundry room, restrooms, Training Room, common areas and report discrepancies found
  
  

Communicate and conduct room inspections and report any damage

• Responsible for making the colleague living experience comfortable, welcoming and safe
• To ensure all deep cleaning programs are carried out as per set schedules
• Responsible for collecting, sorting and distributing mail and packages received at colleague village
• Communicate and enforce housing Emergency procedures to all residents and handle emergency phone calls as neccesary
• Assists in all inventories, which is being conducted monthly or quarterly
• Ensure that a complete handover is done at the end of every shift, logging any relevant information or requests
• To be well knowledgeable and control the usage of cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment and linen ensuring that there is no misuse or wastage
• Responsible for planning and executing Colleague events and special projects
• Carries out any other job-related duties as requested by the Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources
