Position Overview
One Pointe is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. This is a fully on-site position based at our New Seabury office and is not eligible for remote work. The role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
- Accurately record financial data in internal accounting systems.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records for easy access and compliance.
- Payroll & Expense Management
- Process payroll using ADP and ensure timely employee compensation.
- Update and maintain expense reports and reimbursement forms.
- Monitor financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Audits & Reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for leadership.
- Participate in quarterly and annual financial audits.
- Verify the accuracy of financial data, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Vendor & Compliance Oversight
- Manage and maintain insurance policies, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Manage and update the Vendor Certificate of Insurance (COI) process to ensure compliance.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and clear records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Payroll, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: New Seabury, Mashpee, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
