Are you ready to kick start your career in human resources and recruiting? One Solutions is looking for a motivated Recruiter/HR Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll help us find the best candidates for different job opportunities, support new hires through the onboarding process, and assist with general HR tasks. We're looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to learn. No previous HR experience? No problem! We will provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Help post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
- Learn how to use recruitment software line really and LinkedIn.
- Assist with job fairs and networking events.
- Work with the team to match candidates with the right job opportunities.
Onboarding & HR Support
- Help new hires get started by preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Make sure employee records are up to date.
- Answer questions from employees about pay, benefits, and HR policies.
Client & Candidates Relations
- Build great relationships with job seekers and our clients.
- Keep track of candidate's progress and provide updates to the team.
- Assist with employee retention efforts by gathering feedback and conducting check-ins.
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Ensure all documents and procedures re compliant with legal requirements.
- Help maintain HR systems and assist with paperwork.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and people skills-if you like talking to people, this is for you!
- Basic computer skills (we'll teach you the rest).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
