Purpose; Scope of Responsibility:
We are looking for a dependable, technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability, determined to grow with the company for at least the next three years. The duties of an IT Specialist include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties. An IT Specialist is expected to display good interpersonal skills as he/she will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. He/she is required to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting and monitoring daily helpdesk operations.
- Providing support to users and being the primary point of contact for error reporting.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. * Monitoring and tracking all IT related inventories and data including client and infrastructure information.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware. * Keeping up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
- Getting quotes for various hardware purchasing and entering them to the internal ERP system.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- A , MCP or Cisco Certified Entry Networking certification would be a plus.
- Be punctual and consistent with the beginning and ending work hours.
- Comply with work instructions and prioritize; take due dates of each assigned task seriously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Compensation Package:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
