What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Assembler Operator position at One Solutions LLC?
Purpose; Scope of Responsibility:
Operate various manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to create parts or components.
- Work from written and verbal instructions
- Work to set production pace
- Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Cross train in various work centers
- Perform quality checks
- Fill out necessary production/quality paperwork completely and accurately
- This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting IATF16949 and understanding the consequences of the product/process not meeting the standard or customer’s quality requirements.
Education/Background/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Will work in metric numbers and be able to interpret basic production data to decide on production and quality issues.
- Dependable and team orientated.
- High sense of responsibility.
