Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and identify defects.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Stay updated on industry standards, including FDA regulations and ISO 9001 requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including quality inspections and audits.
- Familiarity with Calypso software for data analysis is preferred.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
