The Sales Manager will be responsible for quoting deficiencies, estimating
renovation, addition, upgrade, and repair work. Will also be responsible for overseeing the completion
of all awarded jobs.
- Assists in the scheduling of service worked based on quotes signed and incoming emergency
- Follows up with customer on deficiencies or other quoted work.
- Books and creates jobs for awarded projects and service calls within the system; prepares costs
- Assists with the invoicing of customers, follow-up for collections of customers for the service
- Preparation of job start up and completion documents.
- Attend project meetings as required.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other project trades.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- High School Diploma/GED with Associate Degree preferred.
- Prior industry experience is required.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Good oral, written, telephone, and customer service skills.
- Good time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist both internal and external customers.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and regulations.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with AutoCAD knowledge a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office & field environment.
- Mostly sedentary role with the need to move about the office, shop, and job sites.
- May require light lifting.
- Requires working on computers and phones consistently throughout the day.
- Requires travel to jobs sites.
