Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized ABA therapy in client homes or nearby community settings
Follow treatment plans and protocols developed by supervising BCBAs
Track session data and document daily progress
Communicate with families and support them in carrying over treatment strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with children or behavioral health
RBT certification is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
A compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
Availability for afternoon and evening hours, at least 2–4 days/week
