One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapy Assistants to deliver in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism during afternoon and evening hours. Deliver individualized ABA therapy in client homes or nearby community settings

What We’re Looking For:
Experience with children or behavioral health
RBT certification is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
A compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
Availability for afternoon and evening hours, at least 2-4 days/week
