Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales – Greet customers warmly, promote memberships, address concerns, and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Team Leadership & Scheduling – Create and adjust schedules, monitor performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
- Training & Compliance – Train employees in wash techniques, customer service, and safety while enforcing company policies and maintaining standards.
- Operations & Customer Service – Oversee wash quality, ensure efficiency, resolve customer complaints professionally, and assist during peak hours
