Position: Customer Service Teammate
As a Customer Service Teammate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding car wash experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Educating customers on our car wash services and membership options
- Guiding vehicles safely through the wash process
- Assisting customers with self-service cleaning stations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to uphold company standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
