As a Pool Cleaning Technician, will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of swimming pools and related equipment. This position involves a variety of tasks to maintain clean, safe, and well-balanced pool water. Experience is preferred, but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are willing to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
- Test water quality and report findings to ensure proper chemical balance and sanitation.
- Adjust chemical levels as needed to maintain water balance and sanitation standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of pool equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment.
- Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Must pass a background check
- Bilingual is a Plus
Shifts: Multiple shifts are available based on assignments and applicant preferences, such as 8 am to 4 pm or 4:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Availability: Weekend availability is preferred.
