One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in either Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing program-level management and oversight of grant awards, pending, active, and closed to ensure compliance and successful receipt of funds.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5-7 years of previous project / program management experience.
Program Manager Responsibilities :
- Provide program-level monitoring and reporting of awards status and escalated risks.
- Serve as company SME on grant compliance and provide advice on compliance to project teams.
- Ensure projects with government grant funding follow all award specific requirements leveraging the grant program office managed standards.
- Train internal teams on compliance areas and ensure timely, high-quality submission of required materials, while maintaining effective project and program management to drive team success.
