Program Manager Job Summary
The Program Manager will, in combination with the Program Director, implement in-home and respite services in the area. This is a new program that is being started through RCO, and the Program Manager will be tasked with assisting in getting the program up and running. The Program Manager is responsible for supervising assigned Direct Support Professionals on the work floor and in the community with specific attention to supervision of interactions between DSPs and individuals served, delegation of work, monitoring quality assurance, ensuring smooth operation of daily program including activities, coordination of transportation, and performance coaching of DSPs as necessary.
Summary of Responsibilities
· Plan, implement and evaluate the programs, services and care provided by RCO.
· Responsible for supporting daily living activities of the individuals served.
· Responsible for maintaining assigned individuals daily, monthly, and annual required documentation as scheduled per State and County licensing requirements
· Responsible for familiarization with individuals’ backgrounds and special needs, and knowledge of any relevant safety precautions needed.
· Manages a staffing schedule that meets the needs of the program/individuals supported as identified in their CSSP and service agreements within the budget
· Provides oversight, supervision, and leadership to the Direct Support Professionals, including oversight of their scheduling, training, and overall performance
· Follows company guidelines and expectations for staff training and development and ensures training records are recorded in compliance with 245DSelect staff, assign, and review work, schedule shifts and confirm payroll hours, working unfilled shifts if necessary
· To consult with Program Director, Program Managers, Designated Coordinators, other providers, and other community resources in helping the person establish a social/recreational network.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge customarily acquired through post high school education; experience in the field may be substituted for education.
- One-year minimum experience working in and/or supervising a licensed setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and pass vehicle insurance eligibility requirements
- Qualified background check
- Clear demonstration of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative; problem solve; make independent decisions; participate actively in meetings.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
