About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care to teammates at a flagship health clinic serving a leading insurance company. You will be an integral part of the clinic's success. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating injuries, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. This role will report to the Practice Manager and directly support the Medical Director and the corporate client team. The position promises a wide range of challenges and opportunities, with the chance to significantly contribute to the health and safety of a large workforce.
This role will collaborate closely with another provider serving this client and offers the opportunity to blend telemedicine with in-person patient care, if desired.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
- Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician’s protocols
- Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
- Perform physicals
- Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
- Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates
- Interact with employees and learn their specific needs to help with the safety and health of the employees
- Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
- Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
- Enter patient data into the EMR system promptly
- Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
- Perform related duties as required
Desired Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to Tennessee State Law
- License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Tennessee
- Prescriptive authorization
- Two years of relevant clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS
- Experience in Occupational Health preferred
