Responsibilities - Service Advisor :
- Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
- Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
- Perform other duties as assigned
