As an Fulfillment Specialist Assistant (FSA), you will be essential in creating a world-class service experience for our clients and must be passionate about providing flawless customer service. This person will be a point of contact for all warehouse or shipping-related inquiries. An AMA is expected to have in-depth shipping knowledge, be familiar with warehouse operations, and quickly and professionally respond to client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and resolve client issues or concerns relating to fulfillment and order processing
- Generate reports for clients
- Track and manage work orders
- Proactively monitor the clients’ account
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of OWD operations, policies, procedures, and additional services
- Collaborate with other departments to accomplish goals
- Inform OWD leadership about important client opportunities, events, and concerns
- Infrequent travel may be required for this role
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Client relations experience (2 years)
- Wide-ranging knowledge of B2C E-Commerce fulfillment trends and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
- Professional user-level knowledge of Windows or MacOS software
- Expert use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to create and analyze graphs and reports
- Strong work ethic, integrity, energy, and drive
