THE ROLE
The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting a wide range of support duties related to the daily sales needs within the Group and FIT departments. This person will effectively support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and assigned operational duties and will work closely with other internal departments at the venue. The Sales Coordinator should be professional, self-motivated, and positive.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support logistics for all groups and FITs which will include proper documentation and communicating logistics to other departments
- Assist in maintaining and organizing various marketing, ticketing and CRM systems to monitor clients, ticket data, invoicing, and sales campaigns
- Help the sales team with inbound and outbound prospecting efforts
- Attend various internal meetings to support sales efforts within the department
- Liaise with appropriate departments and operations personnel about tours, site visits, and group arrivals
- Update and organize collateral such as photos, flyers, and videos for the sales team
- Support the creation of marketing materials for FIT/groups in partnership with the marketing team
- Assist sales team with preparation for conferences, site visits and other client meetings/hosted client events.
- Conduct various comparison audits for pricing and marketing to help maintain price and brand integrity on various websites.
- Provide reporting support to department for weekly meetings
- Work in tandem with team to develop new sales programs and initiatives
- Must be available to work special events as scheduled
- Provide excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a customer service role (hospitality, events, or attractions preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable working occasional weekends or holidays depending on event needs
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

COMPENSATION
$27.50/hour and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.
