Description
The Office Assistant and A / R Clerk will be responsible for customer service, answering emails, basic accounts receivables, phone calls and filing. This role will also need to assist with other daily office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining an organized office environment.

- Customer service : Answer Phones, emails and assist walk-in customers
- Order entry
- Credit memo processing
- Charge back invoicing
- Receipt of inventory processing
- Payment processing and deposits
- Order office supplies
- Online order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal / external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices
- Conduct and complete any other duties assigned

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. This position can occasionally require long hours and / or holidays and weekends.
