Prominent full-service law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney for their growing Princeton New Jersey office. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of litigation experience in ANY of the following areas :
Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability, Catastrophic, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, Auto, Wage & Hour.
The firm's culture is collegial and flexible. You will have ownership of your cases and have a varied caseload.
Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications :
Base Salary Range 140k-180k Monthly & Annual Bonuses Benefits Hybrid work schedule.
