You’ll be a critical member of the team keeping Onebrief’s infrastructure reliable, observable, and resilient—across both cloud and DoD production environments. You’ll respond to real-time issues, automate fixes, and work closely with senior engineers to refine how we monitor and support our systems. The environments you’ll support power decisions with real-world consequences—so your ability to stay cool, think clearly, and respond fast matters.

Qualifications
- Professional Experience:
- 3 years in a systems engineering, NOC, or incident response role
- Proven history supporting production systems in both cloud (AWS) and air-gapped DoD environments
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong experience with Linux and command-line troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Familiar with parsing and analyzing logs to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Certifications
- Active Security Clearance required
- Security or another DoD 8570.01-approved security certification required
- Soft Skills:
- Fast, focused problem-solver with a high level of personal ownership
- Communicates clearly and documents issues thoroughly
- Collaborates well under pressure and thrives in real-time operational environments
- Adaptable, self-starting, and comfortable with ambiguity
