SUMMARY
The Operations Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the VP of Bridgely to help ensure efficient and seamless operations. This role requires someone who is agile and creative and can thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment. The Operations Coordinator sits at the intersection of finance, client success, and technology and will learn A LOT as we scale Bridgely (a division of OneChild), our innovative, international, relationship-building platform where we’re disrupting the status quo and building thoughtful and intuitive solutions for the future!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Financial agility and resource optimization: Streamlines expense tracking for all Bridgely tech investments to maximize runway. Develops and iterates budget management systems that scale with our growth. Creates efficient processes for client invoicing and contractor payments. Tracks technology CapDev in Google Sheets to inform strategic resource allocation. Implements innovative donation-tracking systems to support growth initiatives.
- Client success and market expansion: Fills the gaps in onboarding new clients on the Bridgely platform. Serves as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and insights while troubleshooting. Prototypes and tests new training methods for facilitators and ambassadors. Identifies opportunities to enhance client experience through quarterly check-in meetings. Collaborates with potential clients to discover novel implementation possibilities. Prepares service agreements for Bridgely partners and manages/organizes executed documents. Coordinates with Partnerships Director on lead generation initiatives.
- Technology and data-driven decisions: Gathers comprehensive monthly metrics dashboards and translates app store analytics into growth strategies. Connects fundraising and revenue data to guide changes and strategic direction. Implements agile bug reporting and feature testing workflows in Jira. Updates HubSpot records, automation, and forms.
- Compliance and documentation: Maintains up-to-date contractor SOWs. Verifies Declaration signatures and updates website accordingly. Ensures all operational procedures and properly documented and updated as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS degree required; recent college grads are encouraged to apply!
- Must be a self-starter and have exceptional problem-solving skills

EXPERIENCE
- Understanding of and experience being agile and continuously improving in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to balance tactical, hands-on execution with entrepreneurial and strategic thought processes
- Comfortable working in an evolving and innovative environment while balancing multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Jira, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and financial tracking tools
MANAGERIAL SCOPE
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment with variable sitting and standing. This role is eligible for a 3/2 hybrid model with three days in-office weekly and up to two days remote. However, for the first few months, the role will be 4 days in-office and Friday’s working remote. Light physical effort with occasional lifting of 10-20 lbs. Working on a computer, keyboarding, and desk work for long periods of time are required for this role. In-person and virtual meetings will also be required on a regular basis.
