Job Description Job Description Quality Control Worker – Almond Manufacturing WarehouseLocation : Madera, CAPay : $17 - $18Shifts Available : 1ST, 2ND, 3RDFull-Time | Overtime Available | Immediate OpeningsJob Description : We are looking for Quality Control Workers to join our team at a busy almond manufacturing warehouse . This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards before being shipped to customers. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to food safety, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities : Inspect almonds and other nut products for defects, contamination, or inconsistenciesMonitor production lines to ensure quality standards are metDocument findings and report any quality concerns to supervisorsEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety regulations, and company policiesAssist with product sampling and testing as neededWork closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain high-quality outputRequirements : Previous experience in quality control, food manufacturing, or almond processing preferredAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksComfortable working in a warehouse / food manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededMust follow strict safety and hygiene protocols, including GMP dress code complianceCompany Description OneCruit is a disruptive multi-state human capital business that focuses on staffing light industrial and clerical positions.
