Our Raleigh, NC based client is a major supplier of tableware in the hospitality industry. In this Accounts Receivable Specialist position, you will enjoy a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on-site, 2 days per week remote, Monday - Friday daytime business hours.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for full-cycle billing and cash receipt. They will ensure payment receipt for goods and services and records transactions accordingly. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for billing customers ensuring timely invoice delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Maintain the billing system.
- Generate invoices and account statements and send to customers.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
- Record cash receipts daily
- Produce monthly financial and management reports.
- Investigate and resolving any irregularities or inquiries, including customer account reconciliations.
- Assist in general financial management and analysis.
- Coordinate and work cross-functionally with other departments
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or accounting/finance related field.
Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience utilizing accounting software
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
