Our Newest Opportunity :

Regulatory Compliance Coordinator :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

• Support functions in the compliance department including but not limited to :
• Client reporting
• Local and state licensing
• ESAC accreditation reporting requirements
• Manage licensing status
• IRS 8793 requirements and tracking
• Registered agent requests
• Labor statistic reporting and updating SOPs
• The coordinator will frequently use payroll databases to pull information, as well as other accreditation databases and extensive review of state guidelines about PEO operation.

Education, Training and Experience :

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and / or annual bonus based on your individual performance and / or the company's performance.
