Summary :
The DTS Operations Analyst is responsible for the financial management activities of the DTS Department. The position will coordinate, develop, track, and assist in the DTS budget, procurement, and vendor management processes. This position will identify and maintain positive relationships with key vendors, stakeholders, and business units.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and support the financial management activities of the DTS Department, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate and assist in the development, tracking, and management of the DTS budget
- Monitor and control DTS costs to ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate all DTS procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management
- Assist in vendor selection for technologies used at the business unit and enterprise level
- Work collaboratively with various business units to deliver business value for existing and new digital technologies
- Prepare and present DTS financial reports and analyses to senior management and other interested parties, where necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the DTS financial and procurement activities
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal), bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, grant proposals, and other documentation for technology projects and associated efforts
- Skill in organizational management. This requires the incumbent to plan, organize and schedule priorities efficiently and effectively, meet strict deadlines and successfully cope with challenging situations and conditions
