O’Neill Healthcare is looking for a bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and assist with accounting functions for our Healthcare Management office! This office supports nursing homes and assisted living facilities on the west side of Cleveland and has over 975 employees.
This position offers exciting project-based work, using QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamic GP, ADP, Office 365, PointClickCare, and other software to manage workflow. Daily tasks will include gathering information, compiling data, running reports, and preparing and posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Filter and find data discrepancies by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and help identify problems. Accounting knowledge is a requirement.
