Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Collect and enter bills for various entities, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Create and manage check runs to ensure timely and efficient bill payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
- Collaborate with the accounting firm by providing necessary documentation for tax returns and financial reporting.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate and analyze financial reports as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping, preferably in retail or multi-entity environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (5 years required).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Other Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting certifications or coursework is a plus.
