O’Neill Healthcare is looking to hire a Regional Director of Clinical Services to help support our Senior Living communities in Cleveland’s Western suburbs. The position is responsible for supporting facility clinical teams, their performance, and the quality of the care provided to our residents. O’Neill Healthcare has provided the highest quality in the industry for over 60 years.
Candidates must be licensed RNs in Ohio and have previous managerial experience in the setting. Excellent organizational and communication skills, high standards for quality of care, and knowledge of long-term care regulations are necessary. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility clinical staff
- Ensure the facility nursing department always functions efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Support and ensure documentation to comply with all federal and state standards
Qualifications:
- Must have active RN Licenses in the State of Ohio
- Must have extensive experience in SNF & AL setting
- Supervisory experience in a geriatric setting
- Extensive experience with Point Click Care
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
