O'Neill Healthcare Bay Village currently seeks a Unit Manager Nurse to join our team. The position is responsible for the supervision of the nursing activities on the Long-term unit, working closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. The Unit Manager will perform duties directly related to the Facility's management and clinical policies to ensure quality care for the residents of the facility. The Unit Manager must demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment related to the general operations of the unit.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Auditing Charts.
- Assisting new residents transition to post-acute care setting and ensuring completion of admission paperwork.
- Staff supervision, in-servicing, training, and discipline.
- Be able to interact positively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio Nursing License.
Required experience:
- Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing/LTC care facility: 2 years
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
