O’Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville is currently seeking an Assisted Living Wellness Coordinator to join our team! This is a nurse manager position requiring an LPN license in the state of Ohio.

Primary Responsibilities include:
1. Total responsibility for quality resident care.
2. Documentation including but not limited to:
a. Medical Records
i. New Admissions/Discharges
ii. Assessments
iii. Progress Notes
b. Staff in servicing and training
3. Education and training for residents and staff.
4. Family/Visitor intervention.
5. All other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
1. A graduate of an accredited nursing school and licensed to practice nursing in the state of Ohio.
2. A minimum of one-year prior geriatric experience.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Must be able to communicate with staff, residents, their families, and visitors.
5. Must be in good health, no lifting restrictions, neat and clean.
6. Must be willing and able to learn and possess basic management, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Must project a positive attitude
