Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, coaching, and sales, with a passion for developing high-quality talent and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive branch performance and meet sales goals.
- Lead by example, empowering team members to offer loan products that meet our customers' needs.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve financial goals in a responsible manner.
- Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues as they arise with speed and consistency.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED.
- Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
- Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
- Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.
