Managing Director- Collection Strategy
We are seeking a Managing Director of Collection Strategy to join our leadership team. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing loss mitigation strategies that are key to the success of the company. The candidate will lead a team that integrates market intelligence, strategic planning, analytics and operational excellence to maximize recovery and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of collections activities for customers engaging with Debt Settlement Agencies and other resolution channels including:
Lead the settlement operations team(s)
Lead the Analytics team ensuring a data-driven approach to optimize performance refine segmentation and enhance decisioning
Oversee the development and tracking of key performance indicators KPIs establishing executive-level accountability routines to assess progress and optimize outcomes
Direct the technology innovation and analytics learning agenda
Define operational and portfolio reporting needs ensuring transparency and actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Build partnerships with industry partners, consultants and technology providers to stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations
Analyze industry trends, competitor practices and regulatory changes to inform strategy and improve decision-making
Qualifications
Extensive experience in consumer lending collections strategy and financial services with a focus on loss mitigation
Strong leadership and general management skills with a proven ability to drive strategy execution and innovation
Expertise in B2B relationship management
Strong analytical mindset with experience leading analytics teams
10 years of experience in Financial Services - including Credit Card and installment loans.
