Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Head of Technology for Contact Center Solutions to lead our technology efforts in delivering innovative solutions for our customers.
As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving the engineering and delivery of strategic initiatives around contact center utilized by OneMain's Branch and Central operations.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and our proprietary communications hub (Communications Platform as a Service - CPAAS) platform to execute the Contact Center and surround microservices roadmap.
This role requires a strong technical background in software engineering, preferably contact center solutions, and experience managing complex distributed systems.
As an Associate Director of Software Engineering at OneMain Financial, you will oversee a team of more than 10 engineers and drive the success of a cutting-edge project.
Your Skills
- Direct, hands-on experience and proficiency with one or more high and low-level software architecture patterns: Event-Driven, Microservices
- Direct, hands-on experience and proficiency with one or more programming languages such as but not limited to: JavaScript, GraphQL, Production experience with: HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Oozie / Airflow, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker / Kubernetes, Snowflake
