Software Engineering Associate Director – Communications
We are currently seeking a skilled Software Engineering Associate Director to drive the engineering and delivery of strategic initiatives around contact center technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, preferably contact center solutions, and be highly skilled in people, project, and stakeholders' management.
The Associate Director of Software Engineering will oversee a team of more than 10 engineers and drive the success of a cutting-edge project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage agile development teams of 10 individuals within Customer Communications Technology Lane.
- Collaborate on and influence cross-organization and cross-product initiatives.
- Partner with peers and leaders across organizational boundaries, communicating effectively with people throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience working in software engineering, enterprise, and mixed technology environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience planning, executing, and driving transformational technology strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems.
- Direct experience and proficiency with Amazon Web Services.
- Prior experience on Contact Center solutions (Sinch/GLIA/Five9/Other).
