ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Oregon
- Guaranteed salary for the first 9-12 months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established
- As a OnePeak Medical Provider, you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential
- 4 Day work weeks, 3 day weekends
- Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales
- Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, Ph.D. for all new providers
- Supportive preceptor program offering mentorship and training from experienced providers
- New providers start out with 45-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments
- In-house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults
NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Unrestricted license (required)
- Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care (required)
- Current, or in-process, Oregon state license (preferred)
- OR DEA license (preferred)
